Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.
Express Delivery Express orders received by 3 p.m. EST are shipped the same day. For items under 15 lb., the following Express Delivery rates apply:

The fit is perfect and product is well finished.
Ballard always delivers timely and the product is true to specifications and catalog description. I had previously purchased custom made seat cushions for nook dining chairs, and the new covers fit perfectly! The color is exactly what I wanted to compliment new family room sofas. Well priced facelift.
I am pleased with the quality of these covers, the cording gives them some substance and the tiebacks seem sturdy. Great way to change out the "season" in the kitchen without a lot of expense. Coordinates nicely with the solid color velvet covers on my parsons chairs (also from Ballard) at each end of the table. If the tiebacks stand the test of time, I'll be ordering these in more colors.

Great way to change your look..
I just wanted a new look to the dining room, so I ordered the sage green .. I ordered medium.. Just be sure you measure the size well before ordering. medium is a fairly large seat cushion. They fit beautifully on the cushions I already had from Ballard a few years ago. Nice that they zip off for cleaning and storing... I would order again..

Lovely cushion covers
These cushion covers are beautiful. I ordered six and one of them had a little defect in the fabric (just a little knot) so I returned it and I promptly received a new one. Great service!
