Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

Beautiful tailored product
The natural linen bedskirt is very well made and beautiful when utilized on a daybed. It is not easy to make it fit over the corners of the daybed because it is not slit completely however it can be accommodated. I find that the material of the bedskirt is heavy and pulls down in the front and away from the mattress. In order to remedy this problem I put buttonholes in the back of the material of the daybed cover that fits under the mattress and put ties through the buttonholes. Then I tied the attachments to the bedsprings/back frame of the daybed. Voila! the bedskirt does not move and stays positioned under the mattress.

Not as advertised
The tailored burlap bedskirt I received does not have "split corner pleats [that] work on beds with or without bedposts," as described above, and for that reason I would not recommend it. It is unlined and has a 1/2" single fold hem. Otherwise it is nicely constructed. It has a strong chemical odor that I have not detected on burlap purchased from the fabric store.

Great Quality but.......
I am very pleased with the bedskirt fabric and the overall look, however, the description is incorrect. The "drop" is not 16" but +18". So disappointed that I had to pay to have the bedskirt altered. Would have definately received 5 stars but.....

The color and quality of the bedskirt is beautiful.
The color and quality of the bedskirt is beautiful. However, the catalog states that it has a 16 inch drop when in fact it has an 18 inch drop. I chose to keep the bedskirt and alter it to fit my bed because it worked so well with the rest of the bedding.
