Standard Delivery
Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery
Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery
In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery
Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.
Express Delivery
Express orders received by 3 p.m. EST are shipped the same day.

love this mirror
I purchased the medium size Audrey Mirror to hang above a marble vanity in a bathroom and I love it! It has great flair, a generous size, very unique shape (not oval, round or rectangle) and has a beautiful beveled edge. It arrived in perfect condition ... actually, the packaging was pretty impressive. Be prepared, however that this mirror is not to be hung with picture wire, but rather with two screws (anchored) that will align with the rings on the back of the mirror.

Simply beautiful
My Audrey mirrors are lovely--feminine and simple without being too much of either, and more heavy/solid than they appear in the photos. Packaging was amazingly secure--but I wasn't worried anyway, as BD absolutely stands by their products (I know from experience with a damaged shipment--great customer service).
I would have given five stars, except for the fact that you really can't hang these mirrors horizontally, without hearing the Batman theme music in your head.

Great Quality
I had been looking at this mirror for a while and I finally purchased the medium sized one for my foyer. I read a review before I bought it about the person's child saying it looked like batman. It does make you think of batman when you look at it. That's the only down side. Other than that it's a beautiful mirror. Fast delivery and packaged very well! Mirror is heavy so we used two hooks to hang (one on each hook on the back) in stead of hanging with a wire.

Great bathroom mirrors
I bought the medium and the large mirrors and am using them in my bathrooms over the vanities. They are the perfect size when hung either upright over a single vanity or sideways over the double. They are such a beautiful and functional alternative to the builder grade plate glass mirrors with mitered frames.
I look forward to years of loving the way they look and function.
Items such as this are the reason I continue to shop at Ballard.

Cute vertical, but not horizontal
I had such high hopes for this mirror above my mantle. It looks beautiful vertically, however when hanging horizontal I can think of nothing other than the Batman symbol. I wish that the edges were curved and rounded rather than pointy, that would have solved it. Sadly, I will be looking for a replacement mirror.

Gorgeous!
This mirror was purchased for my daughter's room. I wanted something feminine and pretty. This mirror exceeds my expectations. It was wrapped so well, and it is very sturdy. I have been looking for a perfect mirror for my daughter's room for well over 6 months. I am glad that I held out and spent a little extra money for a much nicer mirror than anything that I could find in my local stores and outlets. I highly recommend this mirror!

This mirror is stunning!
I truly love this frameless mirror! This is actually my third one - this recent purchase was the full length mirror and we adhered it to my daughter's bedroom wall and it is just gorgeous. A year or two ago I bought the 2 other sizes - the mid size is in my dining room and the little one is in the bathroom. The curvaceous lines of these mirrors are so classy and feminine. Real nice quality and packaged expertly. I recommend highly!

This mirror goes with many styles of design!
I bought 2 of these mirrors to go into my daughter's bathroom. They look beautiful! I have gotten so many compliments. When I needed a small mirror to go into a powder room that was of french influence, I decided to go with the smaller size. I figured I would change it once we had more time to look around but it actually works well in that room! I can't say enough about this mirror and its flexible design that goes with any decor.

I love these mirrors!
I am glad that I purchased 2 of the small Audrey mirrors; they fit perfectly in my master bath where the previous owner took the mirrors. It also gives it a completely different feel. When the mirrors arrived they were securely packaged with wood around the edges to ensure they did not break. This was important to me as I had just received a previous product broken on 3 different deliveries. Great product and I would recommend.

fell in love
I feel in love with the shape and the grand size of this mirror. I hung it vertical in a hallway, this makes the hallway feel larger and it is my one "see your whole outfit" mirror that I pass by as I am on my way out the door. I cannot comment on how easy or difficult it was to hang because my husband and father-in-law tackled that, but they didn't seem to have any trouble. Point being: I highly recommend this mirror.

These mirrors have a fantastic shape!
I cannot express how happy I am with the Audrey mirrors that we purchased for our upstairs hall bathroom. We were required to purchase mirrors with unique measurements due to our light fixtures, and the Audrey mirrors were perfect. These mirrors add to the elegance of the room and look gorgeous on the wall. They arrived very quickly and were packaged extremely well. I give my highest rating for these mirrors!

Love how "clean it looks"
This mirror is so pretty. I put in my living room. The quality was great. I got the largest one and it seemed even bigger than I pictured when measuring :-) I wanted something feminine, but clean looking. I didn't want any more frill in my room so this was perfect. I was worried that it would look like a dressing mirror, but the large size took that worry away once I saw it hung.

Love This Mirror!
I absolutely love this mirror! I have it hanging vertically in my daughters bedroom, She wanted a full length mirror, but didn't have room for a free standing mirror. It looks fantastic and she loves it. I am also considering it for another room only horizontal and above a dresser. It will break up the matching furniture in that room. Very easy to hang and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Beautiful mirror
I have been looking for a beautiufl full length mirror for years. I finally found it! It is so pretty! I love it...love the shape! It is so heavy and the beveled edges and curves make it so splendid to look at. It is not only a mirror to hang on the wall...but a piece of beauty! It arrived in a huge box and packed so nicely! Love my Audrey Mirror....made for a queen! Yet at the Princess price!

Just what our bathroom needed!
Purchased the large to use as dressing mirror and 2 smaller ones for vanity mirrors. Perfect accent for our classic style bathroom. Sale price made them very reasonable to purchase. Arrived quickly and in perfect condition thanks to the attention to packaging. Not difficult to hang (just needed help from hubby to lift the large one). Love the thick beveling and unique shape. Very happy!

Very cute mirror
I really love this mirror. What I love about it is the design. My husband doesn't like decor that is too feminine and this mirror is great because the design pleases both of us. It was easy to hang. I called in re-inforcements because it is a bit heavy for just two people to do. A third person was helpful. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase and would highly reccomend it.

Frameless Mirror Perfection
The great thing about this mirror for me are the edges. We have a smaller bedroom and I had not considered how this mirror with beveled edges (and no wooden frame) doesn't appear to dwarf the furniture in the room even though it is a rather large mirror in it's full size. The edges allow the mirror to blend into the wall better than a framed mirror. It is a beautiful piece!

This mirror is beautiful!! I hung it horizontally over my fireplace and saw it in a friend's bathroom hung vertically. Looks great either way.

too hard to hang!
I bought the large size for over our fireplace. The mirror is very pretty and unique - but I'm not sure it was worth the trouble of hanging it. The hooks are mounted to a rectangular board on the back of the mirror. The board is not centered or square to the back of the mirror, so trying to figure out where on the wall to hang my hooks was a measurement nightmare. I consider myself fairly capable at these sorts of projects, but this one had me (and my husband) really frustrated. After a all of our effort, the mirror went up and is slightly off center...but I can't bear trying to fix it. It would be a lot better if there was some attention paid to the placement of the hooks on the back or if you could hang this with picture wire - but the only instructions that come with this specifically say not to use wire. Shipping was super pricey, but super fast. Overall, it looks good, but was way too much trouble. I wouldn't buy it again.

Beautiful in its Simplicity
We purchased the mirror in the largest size to go over a new sideboard in our redesigned dining room. It is stunning in the shape and quality without being "frilly". We were concerned about purchasing a large piece of glass that had to be shipped, but the packaging was sturdy and the item arrived in perfect shape. We truly love the mirror!!!!

Perfect Mirror for Perfect Place
I purchased this mirror to place in my newly remodeled spare bath. It is absolutely perfect for over my vintage sink with two sconces flanking it. I was relieved that it was in one piece upon receiving it ... the packaging is crazy good. The mirror is easy to hang with d-rings on the back for wall placement. Highy recommend especially when on sale.

This mirror is awesome
I purchased this mirror for our teen daughter's room. It's just perfect. They can't stop looking at themselves ; ) The shape is unique and elegant. What I also love is that this mirror could be used in many other rooms in the house once the girls go off to college. It was packaged very well and is quite heavy so you need 2 people to help hang it.

Oh Audrey!
I truly love this mirror. The Image displayed in the brochure and online is an exact match.
We have recived so many compliments on this mirror. The only draw back is that i couldn't purchased the larger one. Absolutely beautiful.
We look for unique and interesting pieces for our home decor and there is nothing like the Audrey mirror.
