Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

Nice sconces but dripping issue
I finally bought these after searching for a perfect pair of sconces for my living room. I thought these were a little pricey but just went ahead and got them. I really love the way they look, but when I burned a taper in them, the wax dripped all over the mirror and down my wall! I have not burned any candles in them since that massive clean up job (no one noticed at the time it was happening), and before I do, I will buy those glass inserts to catch the drips. So overall a nice look, but just be cautious when burning!

finish not as shown
I'd been eyeing these sconces for months and was disappointed when they arrived. They are very beautiful, but the finish in no way resembled "antique bronze" (or the photo for that matter). Instead they were more like a weathered silver or pewter. Customer service was helpful and sent me out another set, but they were basically the same. If you need a bronze finish, these are not for you.

Beautiful wall accent
I originally was after the oval sconce, but I waited too long and it was sold out. I decided to get two of these to hang on either side of a painting in my living room. Such a beautiful touch! I love the antiqued mirror - enough to reflect some light without really reflecting an image (I wanted that, a window is on the opposite wall and I feel terrible how many birds have crashed into my window when a mirror hung there). The size is perfect as well, most sconces that are found in brick and mortar stores are small, not mirrored, not antiqued. So glad I made the purchase.

Great addition to our family room...
The sconces add much beauty to my family room walls... they are along side a beautiful shelf also purchased from Ballard Design which are above and alongside our flatscreen. Family and friends have noticed and have complimented highly the additional decor. They are made very well with high quality material. I recommend them highlyl... Also shipping is one thing I never have to worry about. All items that I have purchased are packed tightly and securely... "No Worries"
