Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

Good rug, but not as pictured
I like this rug a lot, but unfortunately the color is not at all what I expected. In the picture online and in the catalog the background looks beige/off-white with brown lettering, however, the background color is much more golden/yellowish than beige. I would still recommend this rug because it is a good value and it does have a good look, but only if you know what your expecting...a golden colored rug. They really should put a better color discription on this item and probably update their pictures.

Perfect!
I had been looking for a large rug for the dining room for some time. I was a little apprehensive with the fact this is an indoor outdoor rug- but if your home decor is not overly elegant- this rug will be perfect! I don't have anything on the walls yet- but there are so many things from Ballard that would work with this rug. As noted in some of the other reviews- expect the ends to curl a little- I did put my dining room chairs on the corners for about an hour and they are relatively flat already. I am very pleased with this purchase... adorable for a really great price!!

Perfect as an Indoor Rug
Redecorated a great room using parchment as an accent color. Went searching for drapes, accent pillows, and a large area rug with parchment-toned background and French script. Found the rug here at Ballard Designs, and it is exactly what I needed. It's perfect. I was concerned that as an "indoor/outdoor" rug it might not be suitable, but it is perfect. All who see it, love it, and you would never know it was designed for anything other than indoor use.

Antique Letter Indoor out Outdoor Rug
My antique letter rug adds to the ambience of my calligraphy room. It's an eye catcher as you enter the room. Easy to too keep clean.
