Standard Delivery
Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery
Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery
In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery.
Express Delivery
Express orders received by 3 p.m. EST are shipped the same day.
For items under 15 lb., the following Express Delivery rates apply:
- Two day service, add $9.95
- Next day service, add $19.95
- Alaska, Puerto Rico, USVI & Hawaii, add $9.95 (Express Delivery required)

Swatch Shipping
Ballard Designs offers up to 10 free swatches for all of our fabrics for a small fee of $5.95 for shipping and processing. It will take 3-7 business days for your swatches to arrive. The swatches are approximately a 3" X 3" square.

Surpassed Expections

I ordered several pieces in the Desert Chenille fabric. I wanted to share the finished product with you. If you are considering this piece, have no worries, its just fabulous. I love the fact it is made in the US, maybe the fabric is not. And more so the construction is very satisfactory. I do suggest in taking the time to pick out some swatches you may be considering and check on the texture and color, so you will not have any unexpected disappointments. Colors so vary on the computer.

We bought this bench as a gift for my mother-in-law and she absolutely loves it! Very nice quality, and a great fabric option given how many leather and wood choices there seem to be!

Great storage bench

This bench is really well made, not chintzy. It's comfortable to sit on and is so functional. I have it at the end of my queen size bed and it looks great and has enough room to store a quilt, sheet sets and towels. It can hold a lot more too. I used my own fabric bc I was going for a specfic look but there were many nice ones to choose from.
The customer service was great too, the factory saw something in my fabric and sent it back for me to look at and ok. They were very detailed oriented in the production process. The only negative was the smell inside but I'm sure it will subside in time.

I love this bench

This storage bench seems sturdy and well built and it provides a ton of storage at the end of our bed. It looks great, too, and I love the nail head detail.
