Standard Delivery
Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery
Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery
In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery
Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.
Express Delivery
Express orders received by 3 p.m. EST are shipped the same day.

Absolutely gorgeous and unique!
Purchased this chandelier in bronze for my formal dining room. It truly is a work of art. Pictures don't do it justice and everyone who comes to my home comments on it. The chandelier is very well packaged but the corner of the box was crushed during delivery. In spite of the severe damage to the box, the chandelier appeared relatively unharmed with one light being slightly bent. I called Ballard to report the damage and they were fabulous! Another chandelier was sent out immediately and the damaged chandelier was picked up a few days later. The new chandelier arrived in short order in perfect condition. Love Ballard's customer service as well as the quality of their products.

Not as pictured
I live in a Cape Cod and this chandelier definitely is not as pictured. It is way more brown in color and way tooo bright when you put the light on. It also looks more sparkly in the picture, than it does in the room. The sconces are very small, almost unnoticeable compared to the very big chandelier and the overhead light fixture in the hallway very poorly made. Sits on ceiling a little crooked. So, overall not very happy with any of my purchase but will have to live with them since I already gave our other chandelier away (very pretty and right for my dining room) and how do I pack this up and send it back? It is a monstrosity to pack up, so live and learn. Should never buy this type of item from a catalog. :(

Love It!
We love it! The crystals add just the sparkle we need for our kitchen. To be honest, I was just as impressed with the packing of this product! It was packed so well, I was blown away.

On the side with fewer candle arms....there were only 14 crystals
After looking at this chandelier for a year...I decided to purchase as my only Chistmas gift from a relative. After paying an electrician to hang it, and he left, I turned it on and noticed that there is a pretty large spot where there are very few crystals..unfortunately that was the very spot that was chosen to be featured by my electrician. I had to call him to come back and turn it around. Please check before installer leaves so you won't be disappointed. Now that he has turned it, it looks beautiful.

Better than pictured!
Hard to believe you can buy a chandelier from a catalog
and it ends up being better than you expected. I was unsure of which finish to choose and the customer service
person was so helpful in describing the finishes to me. She
definitely led me to choose the best finish. It was difficult
to see the finishes on the catalog page or online.
Not long after we received our chandelier, we received a new catalog and it was on sale. I called Ballard and was given a credit, so am a very satisfied customer!

Gorgeous!
I have been looking at this Claire Chandelier for several years now. I have always thought it looked elegant and whimsical. So, I finally bought it and wow, it looks great. First of all, it arrives so carefully packed that it took the Hub and I about a half hour to get it all unpacked. Well worth it as it was in perfect condition. Because the Hub has skills, we were able to install the light ourselves and it looks absolutely gorgeous. Once we added the light bulbs and lit it up the Etruscan Gold finish glowed. It is a subtle finish and not too flashy. Why did I wait so long to get this? It is a beautiful addition to our dining room and takes the room to another level. So happy to have the Claire chandelier in our home.

Gorgeous fixture at a reasonable price!
I can't stop looking at my beautiful new chandelier in my entryway, which replaced the hideous and boring builder's selection. It ties the whole area together and I smile whenever I look at it! I wish you offered it in a 5 arm model. The quality is outstanding as well.

Dramatic Lighting
This chandelier is all that you expect from Ballard Designs. It has character and beauty that I could not find in other light fixtures. I replaced my builder grade dining room light with this and it really brings out the room. It coordinates perfectly with my other Ballard accessories. I love, love, love it. I looks beautiful with or without the shades. I like to remove or change out the shades occassionally to change it up a bit.

Perfect!
We searched high and low for a new fixture for our dining room before deciding on the 9-arm Claire in Etruscan Gold. We were a little nervous that it would be a bit gaudy but we were pleasantly surprised at how rich the color actually was. We also purchased the matching wall sconces. We had a rush on the shipment and received it by the 3rd business day, securely packaged and no defects. Oh, and the price - amazing!! Thank You BD!!

Elegant and Organic
I wanted to replace 2 brass chandeliers that have been in our foyer for the past 12 years. Our decor has a rustic feel, but is by no means log cabin-ish! So these chandeliers fit the bill completely - a bit out-doorsy with the crystal 'leaves' but very elegant, they completely transformed the look and feel of our entryway and set the tone for the rest of the house. They would look great in any decor, in my opinion. And the December sales price didn't hurt either, since I had to buy 2! Love these chandeliers!

lovely to look at
I do like the chandelier very much but I think that the glass prisms would be or should be crystal. I had to buy the forty watt bulbs to get the sparkle.

Stunning eye-catcher
This chandelier ships encased in a steel frame for maximum protection against damage. It comes with the faceted glass crystals already installed--a real time saver. It hangs above our dining room table and receives rave reviews from visitors. It is connected to a dimmer switch so as to control its brightness to fit the occasion. We like the beauty of the chandelier "as is," and are not using shades on the bulbs.

extremely good value, beautifully constructed
This item met and exceeded my expectations. It fills the room with light and is a real presense even when not lit. My husband and I were amazed at the thoughtful packaging for this item. It arrived in pristine condition and no assembly was required!
Now we're thinking that the sconces would be a great addition.

Gorgeous!
This is a stunning addition to our dining room, especially for the price! We added a medallion at the ceiling and also bought the matching sconces which really finishes the whole scene. We bought it in bronze and it really compliments the cream colored walls and ceiling.

Love the way this looks
I bought this a month ago and still marvel at how beautiful it is. The gold is not brassy, so gives a warm and luxurious feel to our small dining room. Very good purchase and gorgeously packaged in its own protective wire cage.

Gorgeous
I ordered this in bronze for my formal dining room. It looks great and adds a ton of light compared to our old "builder grade" chandelier. Everyone notices the chandelier and I have received many compliments.

Beautiful, elegant, just perfect.
Packaged with extreme care, the chandalier arrived surprisingly quick and in perfect conditions. Easy to install, a hook between the ring and ceiling insert would have helped but we improvised.

Better In Person
We have been looking at this chandelier for a couple of years now and finally decided to purchase it. It looks even better in person than in the pictures. Pacakaging was outstanding and there it arrived in perfect condition. The only warning/suggestion I have is that it only comes with 6 feet of chain. If you're like us and need more than that, it takes a bit of searching to find chain that comes close to matching. Other than that, I highly recommend it.

A most beautiful Chandelier
I was more than pleased with this beautiful chandelier. I am an interior designer and was looking for chandeliers for my own home. When I saw these quality options I purchased two for my kitchen for over my center island and for over my table. They work wonderfully and I have had so many compliments from friends and clients. Excellent product at a great price!
This chandelier is absolutely stunning! We recently downsized to a townhome and have been trying to make it our "own". This chandelier has been a great step in making a real statement in our dining room. The look is elegant but yet not stuffy . . . it has a playfulness about it with the freeform limbs with crystals. I couldn't be happier with our beautiful new fixure. We are looking forward to seeing it sparkle this holiday season!

Love it!
We are so pleased with this chandelier. We put it in our kitchen and installed a dimmer so we can control the brightness. It is gorgeous. It looks much prettier in person that in the catalogue. My husband had no problem at all installing it. Love it!!!

The product is expensive looking
The packaging was unbelievable. It was so carefully packed to ensure that there would be no damage. the chandelier is beauiful. even prettier than I imagined. I loved the quality too. I just ordered a second chandelier to put in my dinette area.

Beautiful light!
I love this chandelier. It is exactly what I thought it would be and it looks beautiful in my dining room! It looks very delicate and classy. The perfect "bling" for anyone There was some slight damage to the chandelier upon arrival despite its superior packaging. Called up customer service and they shipped another one out that day...2 day shipping no extra charge. Great customer service as well!

Star of the dining room!
I have had my eye on this chandelier for a few years. We recently remodeled our kitchen and attached dining room and needed a new chandelier to replace our builder grade one that came with our house. I showed my husband this one and he loved it as much as I did, and it was a Bring Home Ballards special so we got it! We love it and get many compliments on it.

Beautiful, well priced chandelier
This has received numerous compliments from all over; designers, friends, real estate agents and strangers. Paired with the cord cover and a medallion, this makes an elegant statement. Also, very well priced for size. This has been up for 5 years, and i still love it. Will find a place for it in our new home, too. Somewhat difficult to dust, but, what chandelier is not?!
