Gorgeous Addition to Dining Room!
This chandelier is a perfect fit in my round dining room with rock walls. It looks great without the shades, too! My ceiling was pretty low so I didn't use the chains - it still looked very nice.

Lovely Chandelier
We've gotten many compliments on this chandelier and are very happy. It came very well packed but, unfortunately, one of the crystals was damaged. Nothing a drop of crazy glue couldn't take care of and I had the chandelier hung in no time.

This fixture really updated my kitchen.
This chandelier came packaged very carefully. Was completely intact, and easy to unpack. Was a snap to install, and looks beautiful hanging above my kitchen nook table. I chose the dark iron, and used cute little shades to dress it up.

Not your typical chandelier
I needed a change in lighting for the holidays and only the bronze was available. I think I might have liked the gold better than the bronze, but it has grown on me, compliments my decor and I've received several compliments on it.

You Lit up my life
I love my new light fixture. It is so elegant looking and I have a dimmer so can diffuse the light if I want to. I get so many comments and I certainly tell them where I was able to find it. Again Ballard Designs filled my wishes.

6-arm grande claire chandelier
I did receive the chandelier with one piece broken but I was able to fix it myself. I really love it. I also bought the matching flushmount fixture. We were able to install ourselves. I bought these on sale. It was worth the wait.

Beautiful and elegant
Exactly what I was searching for .... Looks amazing! I am cautious about ordering things I can't touch and see ahead of time. This chandelier is truly lovely, well built, not the least bit skimpy on structure or design.

Grande Claire and Petite Claire Chandeliers are beautiful!
These lights are just perfect! Bought the regular size for over my dining room table and the Petite for the foyer. Beautiful quality lights. Packaging was great also and delivery was timely. Very happy with my purchase.

I am very happy with the chandelier.
I love the leafy look of the chandelier and the crystals that are somewhat randomly placed. Very unique without being too formal. The size is perfect for my room which is smallish and really adds interest to the room.

6 arm chandelier
I really love it. I was impressed on how well packaged it came. The electrician who hung it thought it was great and took the catalog to show his wife and brought his mother-in-law over to see it.

Love this Fixture
This is a beautiful fixture. I hung it over my kitchen table and it changed the whole feeling in the room. A beautiful product, very well priced -- I would actually say inexpensive! It was packed well for shipping.

Exquisite

Beautiful Touch
I purchased this fixture in old silver, which is besutiful and sophisticated. It was expertly packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I am using it in a master bedroom and adds just ther right touch of bling.

Very stunning
This chandelier came very quickly after I ordered it. It was packaged extremely well. It took us longer to get it out of the package then it did to hang it! I have had so many compliments on it. Love it!!

I loved it except it arrived with one broken piece
I chose not to return such a large item and was able to put broken piece in a place where hopefully I am only one that will notice. Still a big let down! I hope Ballard will give some kind of credit?!

Love this chandelier
Have it in my 2 story foyer, and it's just perfect. Put a dimmer switch on it, so I can adjust level of light. The glass gems add a bit more sparkle - just perfect!!
