Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

Not as expected
i have bought several terrific table combos tn the larger sizes and have been very pleased. The smaller table is poor quality. The grooves in the top of the table did not fit into the legs to log in and provide stability and one of the egs looked like the outer and inner pressboard was separating. The table cloth is really terrible....bunched up over the linng and as others have stated WAY too short by about 3-4 inches and not symmetrical. Not worth the money and not up to the Ballard standards I expect.

Not the right color or size
As many other people said the size of this tablecloth is not right. It is very clearly too short. And I ordered the ivory color and it is NOT ivory. It is a sand color. Not at all like the color shows on the website. That picture clearly shows an off-white tablecloth and that is not what this color is at all. And the packaging the glass tops came in is terribly thin and when it got to my house one of the two boxes was shredded because the box is SO thin. I would not recommend this product at all.

Beautiful looking, but does not fit.
I wish I had read the reviews first. The tablecloth is beautifully made and I love the look, but mine measured 71" from fringe end to end. When placed on the recommended table size, it was more than 1" off the floor which looked horrible and moving it around to have more drape on the front and less in the back does not look classy, nor should you have to do this for the price. The thickness of the lined burlap pulls it off the floor so that the 1" shortness turns out to be more like 2" off the floor. If this tablecloth were 74" in diameter it would be perfect, but it's not. It needs to be redesigned and then I would buy it in a heartbeat.

Gorgeous, rich-textured tablecloth. Could not be happier!
This lovely tablecloth exceeded my expectations in every way. I ordereded it in the Ivory with the Jute trim. No odor as mentioned by some, easy to press, fit beautifully (I had my own table), rich color, high quallity fabric, fully lined. Highly recommend. Also of note, I received the order within 9 business days after orderding. Don't hesitate!!
