Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Standard Delivery
Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.

Threshold Delivery
Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.

In-Home Delivery
In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)

O/S (Oversized) Delivery
Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

Express Delivery
Express orders received by 3 p.m. EST are shipped the same day.
For items under 15 lb., the following Express Delivery rates apply:

Two day service, add $9.95
Next day service, add $19.95
Alaska, Puerto Rico, USVI & Hawaii, add $9.95 (Express Delivery required)

Swatch Shipping
Ballard Designs offers up to 10 free swatches for all of our fabrics for a small fee of $5.95 for shipping and processing. It will take 3-7 business days for your swatches to arrive. The swatches are approximately a 3" X 3" square.

disappointed I thought the skirt was way to short, the fringe did not touch the floor, not even close. I had to have the skirt lopsided on the table for the look in the catalog. too much money to have to mess with it to make it look correct. This was not made very well. November 13, 2011

Not the right color or size As many other people said the size of this tablecloth is not right. It is very clearly too short. And I ordered the ivory color and it is NOT ivory. It is a sand color. Not at all like the color shows on the website. That picture clearly shows an off-white tablecloth and that is not what this color is at all. And the packaging the glass tops came in is terribly thin and when it got to my house one of the two boxes was shredded because the box is SO thin. I would not recommend this product at all. Great! The burlap tablecloth trio looks great with our burlap bedskirt...Lined with lots of body and crispness. They make/complete a great look in the bedroom. October 2, 2011

LOVE THE LOOK ..HATE THE SMELL The tablecloth is just as it appears in the catalog/online however the smell of burlap is very strong. I purchased two in different sizes for my living room around Christmas and they still smell. Hopefully when Spring comes I can open the windows and maybe they will air out and the smell will go away... March 16, 2011

WAY too small The quality of the jute cloth is high, but it is TOO SMALL by a mile! If I get it to look right on one side, it is at least a foot shy of the floor on the other. :-( January 7, 2012

Good but... I was really excited to get the tablecloth and my new terrific table, and I love the look. I followed the guidelines for appropriate sizing, and the tablecloth is way too small! I'm keeping it only because it's in a corner and you can't tell that the back-side is way too short! February 1, 2012

Beautiful looking, but does not fit. I wish I had read the reviews first. The tablecloth is beautifully made and I love the look, but mine measured 71" from fringe end to end. When placed on the recommended table size, it was more than 1" off the floor which looked horrible and moving it around to have more drape on the front and less in the back does not look classy, nor should you have to do this for the price. The thickness of the lined burlap pulls it off the floor so that the 1" shortness turns out to be more like 2" off the floor. If this tablecloth were 74" in diameter it would be perfect, but it's not. It needs to be redesigned and then I would buy it in a heartbeat. December 1, 2012

Made my own tree skirt I wanted the tree skirt but it was sold out. I purchased this, cut it, stitched the edges and made a quick and pretty tree skirt. Put ties on it and a fabric topper and I can still use it as a table skirt Its very well made and is lined. It hangs nicely and is substantial in weight. I purchased a square of burlap at the local fabric store to use as a table topper. As with all of the things I've purchased from Ballard, I would recommend March 23, 2011

Gorgeous, rich-textured tablecloth. Could not be happier! This lovely tablecloth exceeded my expectations in every way. I ordereded it in the Ivory with the Jute trim. No odor as mentioned by some, easy to press, fit beautifully (I had my own table), rich color, high quallity fabric, fully lined. Highly recommend. Also of note, I received the order within 9 business days after orderding. Don't hesitate!! June 1, 2012

nicely done Love the burlap tablecloth! I put it in my bedroom and it looks great! The only drawback was the seam of the fabric, but I just placed it toward the wall. I sew so I realize the fabric width is not as wide as the tablecloth. March 16, 2011
